Born and raised in beautiful Panama City, Florida, Stacy Capps offers her clients more than just real estate expertise; she brings deep local knowledge, lifelong connections, and a heartfelt commitment to the community she proudly calls home.

Her professional journey includes a background in law enforcement, experience with a foreclosure-focused law firm, and years in city government, where she worked closely with planning and zoning, as well as guiding business owners and entrepreneurs through the process of getting licensed, established, and thriving. These experiences sharpened her skills in problem-solving, attention to detail, and navigating complex regulations - all of which now benefit her real estate clients.

As a wife and mother, Stacy understands the importance of finding not just a house, but a true home - a place where memories are made and futures are built. She combines her professional expertise with a personal understanding of the area’s schools, neighborhoods, and lifestyle to serve families, first-time buyers, and investors alike.

Outside of real estate, Stacy enjoys soaking up the Florida sunshine during a good pool day and can quote just about every episode of the TV show Friends.
