  • Originally from New Jersey, Nancy Sickles spent several years in Maryland before relocating to Panama City Beach in 2020. After starting a small property management company, she transitioned into real estate, bringing with her a 20-year career as a paralegal that sharpened her attention to detail and communication skills.

    For the past five years, she has helped buyers and sellers in Bay and Gulf Counties achieve their goals, from beachside investment condos in Panama City Beach to new construction homes in communities like WindMark Beach and Latitude Margaritaville Watersound.

    Nancy and her husband, Scott, also own a lawn care and home maintenance business in the WindMark Beach community, deepening her connection to the homes and people she serves. She is a proud parent of three grown sons and three energetic dogs.
