Born and raised in Panama City, Ashleigh McGlothlin (Nazaruk) brings a wealth of local knowledge and a deep commitment to her community. Ashleigh began her Sales journey in January 2020, armed with her Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License and a passion for helping buyers find their perfect home or investment property, sellers obtain top dollar for their properties, and small business owners grow into their brick & mortar locations.

Before transitioning into real estate, Ashleigh gained over four years of valuable experience in loan processing. She worked on a diverse range of projects, from residential developments to commercial sales, giving her a unique perspective and a comprehensive understanding of the financial aspects of real estate transactions. Ashleigh is dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth, as evidenced by her impressive list of designations and certifications. She holds the titles of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Florida Military Specialist (FMS), Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), and At Home With Diversity® (AHWD). Each of these certifications equips her with specialized skills to better serve her clients' diverse needs. She is also a Licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor allowing her to interview at the state level to train other agents as part of Florida Realtors®.

Ashleigh is an active member of the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors, where she contributes to the Board of Directors, and is apart of the Education, MLS, YPN, and Grievance Committees. She is also a recent graduation of the 2024 Leadership Academy Class, where she is one of two team leaders heading up the class project.
