Tony Anzaldi has proudly called Panama City home since 1986, growing up in the local school system and developing strong ties to the community along the way. With decades of firsthand experience living and working in the area, he brings a practical, boots-on-the-ground understanding of the Panhandle that benefits every client he serves.

His career path reflects a strong work ethic and a commitment to service. After graduating from Mosley High School, Tony entered the construction industry, gaining valuable insight into how homes are built and maintained. He later launched his own painting business, sharpening his attention to detail and hands-on problem-solving skills.

Tony went on to spend over a decade with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts as a high-level maintenance technician, where he developed a reputation for reliability, technical knowledge, and customer care. His experience in hospitality and service industries naturally transitioned into real estate, where client experience and trust are everything.

Licensed in real estate for the past three years, Tony has expanded his expertise by also obtaining his life and health insurance license. Most recently, he has worked with clients navigating Medicare options during the 2025 Annual Enrollment Period - further strengthening his ability to guide individuals through important financial and lifestyle decisions.

Today, Tony combines his background in construction, customer service, and insurance to provide a well-rounded, informed approach to real estate. Whether helping clients buy, sell, or explore their options, he is committed to offering clear guidance, honest communication, and a steady, solutions-focused mindset every step of the way.
